What we collect

Your email, account credentials (hashed, never stored in plain text), the templates you upload, the data you send us to generate documents, and a record of the documents you've generated.

How we use it

Solely to generate the documents you request. We don't use your templates or data to train models, and we don't sell or share them with third parties.

Third-party processors

A small number of specialist providers process limited data on our behalf, each scoped to exactly what they need to do their job:

• Stripe handles all payment and billing - we never see or store your card details.
• Resend delivers transactional email (verification, password reset, billing notices).
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that signup and account-recovery forms aren't being submitted by a bot.

Cookies

We set a single, essential session cookie to keep you signed in to the website. It isn't used for tracking or advertising, and it's not shared with any third party.

Data retention

Templates remain stored until you delete them. Generated documents aren't retained after they're returned to you - we keep a record that a document was generated, not the document itself. Deleting your account removes your templates and personal details; past invoices and generation history are kept for accounting and legal reasons.

Security

Passwords are hashed, never stored in reversible form. API keys are shown once at creation and stored only as a hash. All traffic to and from our servers is encrypted in transit.
